Our independent living units in broad-acre communities, and apartments in mid-rise vertical villages are designed with over 70s in mind. They’re spacious, with plenty of natural light and an open-plan layout that creates an easy flow throughout.
Homes range from one to three bedrooms with one to two bathrooms, a garage, and private outdoor areas – such as a veranda, courtyard, garden or a balcony*.
A place to connect
Each village has been carefully designed to take advantage of the natural surroundings and promote a healthy lifestyle, with extensive community facilities and beautiful gardens. Retirement villages are also located with easy access to amenities in the local area. Homes are oriented to be peacefully private whilst making sure you’re never far from the action or a helping hand.
You’ll be in safe hands
What’s more, with our dedicated village management and support teams taking care of maintenance and gardening, you’ll have all the time and opportunity to enjoy the things you love with the people who matter most to you. Whether you prefer keeping busy, relaxing, or both, there’s something for everyone.
If the need ever arises for an increased level of care and support, you can remain in your own home in the village, with support from RetireAustralia Home Care or another reputable provider.
In most cases, you will also have priority access to transfer to a serviced apartment or a care apartment in your village or a nearby village.
