Debbie Dean manages both Glengowrie and Scarborough Estates and has been in the Hospitality and Service industry for her whole career.
Debbie comes with a wealth of experience in managing large residential and serviced apartment living. She prides herself on being an excellent problem solver and ensuring that people of all ages and backgrounds are able to live happily and harmoniously together.
On a daily basis, Debbie enjoys daily interaction and liaising with staff and residents. Debbie's favourite part of the Estate is the Community Centre and Barbara's kitchen!
Debbie's highlight so far, whilst managing Glengowrie and Scarborough Estates, has been her welcome morning tea. Debbie says meeting and chatting to the residents individually was fantastic.
In her spare time Debbie enjoys reading, walking, crosswords, TV, music and spending time with her grandkids. Her hidden talent is roller blading! She says, at her age, being able to remain vertical is a real talent! She loves a good roast lamb and Debbie's favourite film is Breakfast at Tiffany's.
